Dutch Baby Pancake
The Dutch Baby Pancake is a simple and savory breakfast dish!

- 3 Eggs
- 1/2 Cup Milk
- 4 Tbsp Butter
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 Cup All-Purpose Flour
- 2 Tbsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Cinnamon or Nutmeg Optional
Pre-heat the oven to 400°
Place your cast iron or baking dish in the oven to pre-heat as well.
In your medium size mixing bowl whisk your wet ingredients together, eggs, milk & vanilla.
Then add your sugar and flour.
Whisk until mixture is smooth.
Once oven is pre-heated remove your pan and drop your butter in to melt. Be careful, it's HOT.
Pour your mixture into your pan. Do not stir.
Bake for 25-30 minutes. Top with your favorite fruit, jam, honey or syrup.
