Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups All-Purpose Flour plus a little for dusting the counter top
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Thyme
  • 2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 cup Warm Water

Toppings:

  • 1/2 cup Tomato Sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (or any cheese of your choice)

Instructions

  • Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). If you’re using a pizza stone, preheat that as well for an extra crispy crust.
  • Prepare the Dough: Place your dry ingredients together in a medium mixing bowl and combine. Then pour your water in and give it a stir. You're looking to create a simple dough like mixture.
    Sprinkle the counter top with a little flour, drop your dough and simply roll out to your desired thickness. If you like a crispier crust, you can lightly brush the dough with a bit of olive oil before baking.
  • Add the Sauce: Spread a thin layer of tomato sauce (alfredo or pesto) over the surface of the dough, leaving a small border around the edges for the crust.
  • Top with Cheese: Evenly sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce. If you like extra cheese, feel free to add more! You can also experiment with other cheese types like goat cheese or parmesan.
  • Add Toppings: Add your favorite toppings! Classic choices include pepperoni, olives, and cherry tomatoes, but feel free to get creative with whatever ingredients you have on hand.
  • Bake: Place the pizza in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and slightly golden, and the edges of the dough are crisp.
