Warm your water or milk to 110°F/37.8°C
Then pour in your dry active yeast, stir and let develop 5-10 minutes.
In a large mixing bowl, add all the other ingredients listed. (2-3 cups of flour, add more as needed.)
Once the yeast has developed you can add it to your large mixing bowl.
Using your dough mixing attachment stir the mixture until a dough ball forms. Add extra flour as needed.
Flour work surface area and knead your dough for 2 minutes. Until it is soft yet firm.
Spray or butter a 9x5-in loaf pan and drop your dough into for its rising time.
Pre-Heat oven to 375°F/190.6°C
Place your finished product in the oven and bake for 15 minutes.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake another 15-20 minutes.
You can poke a thermometer in and look for a temperature of 190°/87.8°C
Let cool and turn out of pan, cut and enjoy!
