Who We Are

We’re a small homesteading family located in Indiana. We started our homesteading journey on a 1/3 of an acre and moved last fall to our dream 40-acre homestead. Follow along as we build and establishing our new homestead and follow our dreams!

Our mission is to bring together and build a community of individuals who are enthusiastic about sharing their passions, knowledge and experiences about homesteading with one another.

We are Dylan and Meagan Wolterman! Our little 40-acre homestead is located in the beautiful hills and hollows of Indiana. We have 3 wonderful young children that we homeschool. We stand strong in our faith and enjoy sharing it with you. We’re a simple family with big goals and dreams! Come join us on this adventure we call life!

Conferences, Workshops & Events

Connect with us! We offer seasonal hands-on poultry processing classes here on the homestead. There are also different homesteading events we speak at where you can meet us and learn more.

Our Faith & Bible Studies

We’re a Christian family that enjoys following the bible as a whole. You can find us each Saturday with a reading or study on our YouTube channel. We also share bible-based blogs here from time to time. We enjoy sharing our faith with you!

Homeschool

We’re also a homeschooling family. We’d love to help encourage you to step out of the system and into the freedom of learning! We believe that not all classrooms have four walls! Children are designed to run, play and explore. Education happens where you allow it too.
