Delicious Banana Bread
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups Sugar
- 1/2 cup Soft Butter 1 Stick
- 2 Eggs
- 3 Ripe Bananas
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 2 1/2 cups Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 cup Chocolate Chips or Nuts Optional
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Lightly butter one 9-by-5-inch loaf pan.
- In a large mixing bowl cream together the butter and sugar
- Then add in the 2 eggs and 3 ripe bananas to the large mixing bowl & mix
- Add in your 1 tsp vanilla
- Pour in your 1/2 cup milk
- Add in all your dry ingredients; 2 1/2 cups flour, 1 tsp baking soda & 1 tsp salt and mix together well.
- Pour your finished mixture into a greased 9-by-5-inch loaf pan and place in pre-heated oven.
- Bake 45-50 minutes until browned and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out completely clean, about 1 hour. Let the bread cool for 10 minutes in the pan, then turn out onto a rack to cool completely.
- You can modify this recipe for mini loaves. Simply pour your finished mixture into a mini loaf pan and bake at 375 for 25-30 minutes.
